Kinetic Energy

Kinetic Energy is the energy of an object (mass) in motion.  All moving objects have kinetic energy.  A simple example of kinetic energy differences would be considering the idea of being hit by a football or by a fast moving car.  The car being heavier and moving faster has much more kinetic energy than the soccer ball.
