Energy Performance Certificates are available in two forms:
- Domestic – These certificates are for single dwellings, i.e. the main residence of a single household. Typically this would include a flat, bungalow, house, terrace property or maisonette etc. It does not included properties whose primary use is non-domestic e.g. student halls of residence, hostels, hotels etc. For further information about Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) click here.
- Non-Domestic – These certificates are for everything else.
